Delivery Time
To make things easy for you, here is a UPS Ground shipping chart that will illustrate the shipping and delivery times in the U.S. Please use the map as a general guide only. Tracking numbers will be sent via email for more accurate delivery times.

Orders typically take 1 to 4 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Once the item has shipped it may take UPS 2 to 7 business days for delivery based upon the item's availability. Tracking numbers will be provided for more accurate delivery times. Delivery of braided and custom items may take up to six weeks.

We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or call prior to item delivery. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the shipping courier may leave the package at the residence or leave a note. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads and accessories will normally be sent in separate packaging.


Oversized Items
Oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship with ground couriers will be shipped via LTL (less than truckload) trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks from shipment date to be delivered. You will be contacted by the trucking company to schedule a delivery appointment. Most LTL carriers schedule appointments for a two-to-four hour window between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Items will be delivered curb side of the address and it is up to the customer to carry the items to its final destination.


Inspection
It is extremely important that you carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery, especially if it has been delivered via an LTL carrier. If the packaging is damaged or for any reason you suspect a problem, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the signature sheet. This will make resolving the issue much easier.
