Floor Installation

• Select Your Flooring – In-store, browse our flooring department for ideas on the colors, patterns and textures of flooring you'd like. You may also speak with one of our flooring specialists for guidance on the type and style of flooring that's right for your home. Bring approximate measurements of the room(s) in which you wish to have flooring installed, so we can provide an approximate price estimate specific to your needs.

Schedule An In-home Measurement – After you’ve decided on your flooring preferences, you'll need to schedule an in-home measurement. One of our flooring specialists will visit your home to measure the entire area where your flooring will be installed. We will evaluate the area for any damage, determine any special installation requirements, or if any additional materials will be needed. A moisture test may also be performed, depending on the installation area.

• Make Your Payment & Schedule Installation - After your measurements have been confirmed, we will contact you with an updated total installation price and process your payment in full. After you payment has been processed our installation specialist will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the installation.

Sit Back & Watch Us Work - Our installation specialist will deliver and install your new flooring. The installer will remove and dispose of your old carpet, lay your new carpet and pad, and clean and vacuum the installation area. After the installation is complete, the installer will clean the job area and haul away all installation debris.

• Review the Job With Your Installation Specialist - After your flooring installation is complete, your installer will walk you through a final inspection to ensure your full satisfaction with your new flooring.
